Charter Mark encourages public sector organisations to strive to be the best, to focus on their customers, to constantly improve and give value for money. All are key to the modernising government programme, which aims to improve the quality of public services and make them more responsive to the needs of their users. HTS will conduct a three day health check on your Charter Mark requirements and provide a detailed report covering two areas, first what you should do and second how you can do it – at minimum disruption to your business processes. HTS will deliver a one hour presentation, to some or all of your staff, covering the ‘Busyfish’ route to business management for business growth in this 'e' era. |
